The custom work process
Since we have so much experience with custom pre-cast stone solutions, we have made it as simple as possible to work with us to get custom stone.
- You probably already have an idea of what you want, just confirm with us that we can do what you want first. If you are not exactly sure, come in to see some products first hand.
- Submit specifications of the job so we can create an accurate quote, items to include
- Time frames
- measurements / plans of what is required
- color, texture, special requests, worksite access information
- is installation required?
- Once the quote is approved, then we can create shop drawings for each type of item. We then send you each shop drawing so you can confirm at each step of the way, we won’t make it until you approve it.

Shop Drawings
When you want something custom made, we will create a shop drawing for each specific item. We get you to approve plans before we start creating any products.
We use these approved drawing throughout our manufacturing to avoid any mistakes.
If you want changes to the drawings, send us the updates and we will recreate the drawing and send it over for approval again.
You can also add notations to the shop drawing for our factory workers and mould makers so that no mistakes are made. e.g. in the image to the left there is a notation for the window sill to “add returns to all sills.”
